Destiny intervened when I met 2 individuals, Richard Knight (Tarot) and Ali Campbell (Hypnotherapy, NLP & Transformational Coaching), who are world leaders in their respective skills.  I used hypnotherapy and tarot to get me through my life transition and without that, I'm not sure where I would be today, so I've experienced it and know how powerful it can be.

 

I've also trained with Karl Smith, Larry & Cheryl Elman and various other world-leading experts. Their influence and guidance propelled me forward and the rest, as they say, is history

I am a down-to-earth person with a positive outlook on life, despite what it might throw at me! I love my music, rugby and having fun! I'm quick thinking which is a great skill when you're in a session with a client, as you never know what will appear.  This makes every session and client unique.  I learn something different in almost every session as working with the subconscious, anything can happen.  However, you're always safe and your subconscious, albeit extremely powerful, is always protecting you!

I love working with new people, new clients and I'm constantly on the lookout for new skills and qualifications to add to my holistic toolbox, which allows me to flex my sessions.  If we meet in person, you'll probably find me in jeans, wacky leggings and a tour t-shirt, no white coats here! lol​​

One of the other roles I play is supporting U18 and vulnerable people when they are taken into custody, prison, hospitals and the RSPCA.  As you can imagine, I meet people from all walks of life, across a variety of mental health challenges and often under difficult circumstances.  My job is to put them at ease and support them. I don't judge them, I'm just there for them​

​

In addition to this I also work with the elderly, who are amazing fun to work with. I love listening to their stories and experiences and they often have me in hysterics!
